of 24 months following registration in case of non-purchase or, in case of purchase, from the conclusion of the last sales contract; for a period of 10 years for administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. With reference to data provided by the User for sending emails, SMS, newsletters, the provided data will be kept until the consent of the User is revoked or until the User exercises the right to delete personal data. In the event of a judicial dispute, the data will be kept for the duration of the dispute, until the expiration of the terms for challenging actions. After the aforementioned retention periods, the data will be destroyed, deleted, or anonymized, in accordance with the technical procedures for deletion and backup.
