Refund policy
Manuzzi Gioielli Srl is committed to ensuring your full satisfaction with your purchase.
If, within 14 days of receiving the goods, you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may request a return and receive a refund of the purchase price. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for individuals (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and individuals acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, expressing the intention to withdraw from the contract.
The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited if the returned product is not intact, specifically:
- Lack of the original packaging;
- Absence of integral elements of the product;
- Damage to the product due to causes other than transportation.
PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must follow this simple procedure:
- If you are a Registered Customer, log in to the website by accessing the My Account area and go to the Returns section, specifying the following information:
the order with reference to which you intend to open the return request
the products of the order with reference to which you intend to open the return request (total or partial RMA)
whether the packaging of the products has been opened or not
the type of request: Refund or Replacement
Once the ticket is received, our staff will send a confirmation email containing the Return Authorization Code;
- Then, using a courier of your choice, proceed within 14 days to ship the product carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with everything originally contained. Ensure the shipment against theft and transportation damage and bear the related costs. If the returned products have not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transportation, Manuzzi Gioielli Srl reserves the right to charge any damages incurred by deducting them from the sums to be refunded.
Manuzzi Gioielli Srl will proceed, using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless otherwise expressly requested by the consumer, to refund the cost of the shipped goods and the initial shipping costs within 14 working days following the reshipment of the goods and in any case not before receiving the goods.
